The Contest: Draw a picture of a pumpkin home in which the now-homeless Goopy Ghost would like to take up residence.


When:
No later than early September of each year to allow sufficient time for registration of contest entrants and for distribution of the prizes, courtesy of the author, to educational and not-for-profit organizations selected to participate.
